PUYALLUP CYCLOPATH 2016 RIDE SCHEDULE

April 23: Narrows Bridge – Gig Harbor – Kitsap Ride (~60-70 miles)

May 07: Carbon River Entrance to Mt. Rainier (Orting à South Prairie à Wilkeson à Carbonado à Carbon River Entrance à back) (~58 miles round trip)

May 21: Alder Lake Loop with “The Climb” option (Orting à Eatonville à Alder Lake à back)(~55 miles round trip; with “The Climb” option added ~65 miles)

June 04: Mt Rainier’s Westside Road (Cyclocross/mountain bikes) (all gravel)

June 18: Skate Creek Loop (near Ashford à Nisqually Entrance to Mt Rainier à Paradise à Box Canyon à Backbone Ridge à Ohanapecosh à Packwood à Skate Creek Road à back to where we started near Ashford)(~80 miles)

July 02: Sunrise Triple with Crystal Mtn. option (junction of hwy 410 and Crystal Mtn. Road à climb to Sunrise à descend à climb to Sunrise à descend à climb to Sunrise à back to vehicles à option to climb to Crystal ski area )(~ 90 miles and 7800’; ~106 miles and 9400’ with Crystal Ski Area climb added)

July 16: Windy Ridge (Mt St Helens) (Randle à Windy Ridge à Randle)(~65 miles; ~6000’ of climbing) (THIS IS “STP” WEEKEND AS WELL)

July 28: RAMROD…OR… alternate ride on July 30 (Grove of the Patriarchs à Paradise à descend west side to Nisqually Entrance à back up to Paradise à back to vehicles à Cayuse Pass à Chinook Pass à back to vehicles) (~ 102 miles)

Aug 06: Haller Pass Ride (Cyclocross/mountain bikes) (mostly gravel)

Aug 20: “Rainiering” Ride (likely doing all climbs on Mt. Rainier (~135 miles and 14,411’ )

Sep 03: Mt. St. Helens (west side) (Tour de Blast route)(~84 miles; 7100’)

Sep 10: Vancouver – Whistler Gran Fondo… OR… Hurricane Ridge ????

Sep 24: Crater Lake Rim Ride (road closed to cars; this is an optional ride that we may or may not do; it is shown on our schedule for informational purposes only – for now)
